Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows your stylist the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Due to COVID -19 I ask that you text or call me upon your arrival and wait for me to say it’s all clear, cleaned, and sanitized for your safety.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations I reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. I will always do my best to accommodate my guests however, I can only do what we can with the time available.

Children

I ask that no children accompany you during appointment, as well as, any other guest that is not being serviced.

Payment

Collection 11o7 by Kirsten Hardin Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. I do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Collection 11o7 by Kirsten Hardin proudly stands behind all of its products. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Collection 11o7 by Kirsten Hardin, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 7 days from date of purchase arrival. 

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges.
